Understanding Castration

Generally levels will be 500-1000 ng/dL with a 2 unit daily dose if used scrotally after 30 days. The variation is dependent upon individual skin type and absorption.

Testosterone from Andromen Forte conversion to estrogen is in practical terms not an issue. There is a large amount of information on the Web about this but much of it is fear mongering. The science does not support the theory. The science shows there is a small but insignificant rise in estrogen levels with initial use of scrotal testosterone, however in the vast majority of men this rise is within the normal estrogen range for men. We have seen no evidence of gynecomastia in men using Andromen Forte. I believe there is no need to take anti estrogens, however feel free to consult with your doctor. Have the estrogen levels checked every 6-12 months if concerned.

I think that here in the U.K.we have a problem with diagnosis....my doctor told me that at 10.1.my testosterone levels were "normal"....i did not even know what scale he was working to when he said "10.1"it was all double-dutch to me....but all i knew was that i felt awful....i was type 2 diabetic with sleep apnoea 22 stone in wieght and could not manage an erection ,even if my life depended on it...i was always exhausted....and had no interest in life at all......hence my getting in touch with your good-selves...After 1 week of use i feel so much more alive....all thanks to you.....

Thank you. I will try two units for this month and have my blood work done again.

I ordered two more tubes as it is really terrific. Just not having to do the shot is great and not having to slop 5gm of goo on my back is great too.

If two units works, the cream will last for 50 days….what a huge value…..the gel was $300 for 30 days and the injections hurt and were two hundred dollars for a month. This is a great deal and much, much better method of delivery. My Dr is going to start recommending your product instead of what is available in the states. I have been told that it is perfectly legal to import up to a three months supply with an rx….at least that is what my Dr believes. I am a lawyer and also understand the law this way.

One unit is under dosing by half.

Our recommended dosing for hypogonadal adult males is 2 units (50mg testosterone) applied once daily scrotally.

Please see the attached Product Information sheet and Consumer Medication sheet for full details.

It is important to apply scrotally (NOT topically as is the case with AndroGel).

I’m sure your blood tests will reflect the required elevation in levels to that of injections with the correct dose.
